This is a live demo of 1 round of the Cinco de Uh-Oh 15 Minute Metabolic Circuit! You will perform these 4 exercises just as I do for 15 minutes straight for AMRAP (or as Many Rounds As Possible!) Rest for small breaks whenever you need to, making sure you always focus on good form! The idea is to use weights to get your heart rate up, so the goal is to get your heart rate to 85% of your Max Heart Rate (MHR) or a Level 4 on a scale of 1-4 of perceived exertion. Once you hit that peak, then rest until you slightly recover enough to keep going (72% of MHR or a level 2 out of a scale of 1-4)! This rate of this workout will torch calories as well as increase your metabolism by increasing your muscle and cardiovascular endurance!
